Going for Gold

What an amazing weekend for our talented skaters at the synchronised skating British Championships, hosted at the Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham. In total Arnold Hill have three students and one teacher with a fantastic haul of five British titles and gold medals, a truly inspirational achievement!

On Saturday, Miss Keating set the bar high with her adult team Ice Diamonds, and after a great performance she won a gold medal.

Bryony Negus and Chloe Cobon skated next with their mixed age team Ice Unite, and they too won Gold.

On Sunday Mia Alexander skated with her advance novice team Ice Dreams and also came home with a gold medal.

Not to be outdone, Bryony’s second team Icicles Junior ended on a high with another Gold! Bryony now waits with her Junior team for news as to whether they have qualified to compete in the World Championships in March, we all have our fingers crossed!
